I have navigated relationships for decades. After a failed marriage I entered the world of online dating.  That was a real eye opener, I had dates that ranged from bizarre to shocking to oo la la.  I learned a lot very quickly in those years and eventually found love. But even healthy love comes with pain and anxiety now and again, but I've learned so much about myself that helps me navigate these bumps.  Relationships are about compromise and perspective, we all need advice from time to time to ground us and give us that perspective we have been missing.
